The Alberty Labs Operational Notifications program provides SMS-based communications for employees and authorized business contacts. Messages include load notifications, schedule updates, dispatch alerts, and responses to your operational inquiries.
Message frequency varies based on operational needs. Typical volume is fewer than 50 messages per day. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Alberty Labs is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier for sending or receiving text messages.
You may opt in to receive messages by texting START to (865) 338-9693, or by being added to the Alberty Labs employee or business contact directory by a company administrator. By opting in, you consent to receive operational text messages from Alberty Labs. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, purchase, or any other obligation.
You may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
